1) Please make your initial submission with a Synopsis of the Manuscript, first 3 sample chapters, Author’s Bio (with Author’s Linkedin URL).

2) We assure you that the complete confidentiality of your submitted work will be maintained. Once we receive the above documents, it will be sent to our editorial team for a review. Initial review process usually takes 6-8 weeks, and we request you to be patient in case of further delays up to additional 4 weeks, as we have numerous such proposals in the review pipeline at any point of time.

3) If we like the initial submission, we will ask for the complete manuscript. Review of complete manuscript by Editorial team will take another 12-16 weeks.

4) In case we decide to publish your manuscript, we will set up a meeting with you and discuss how we can take the process forward. If we feel it does not suit our publishing requirements, we will revert either at any of the 2 stages – if initial submission is not approved or final manuscript gets rejected.
